  • Created At - The timestamp indicating when the status report or a specific entry was created.
  • Doctor Name - The full name of the doctor.
  • Specialty - The medical specialty or field of expertise of the doctor (e.g., cardiology, neurology).
  • Old Status - The previous status of the doctor before the most recent update.
  • New Status - The current or updated status of the doctor.
  • Floor - The floor within the hospital where the doctor is currently working or assigned.
  • Room Code - The specific room number or code where the doctor is currently located or assigned.
  • Corporate Floor - The designated floor for corporate or administrative activities within the hospital, if applicable.
  • Corporate Room Code - The specific room number or code in the corporate or administrative area.
  • Site - The particular hospital or medical facility location.
  • Created By - The name or identifier of the person who created or updated the status report entry.
